Normal Boarding Points
Most coach tours/excursions will pick up from Woodbridge, Felixstowe & Ipswich and then (A14) Needham Market, Stowmarket & Bury St Edmunds and / or Capel St Mary & Colchester.
When you book a coach holiday we will ask you for a deposit of £30 per person but for a fly holiday, the deposit will be higher (please ask). Also at this time we will ask you to pay your insurance premium (if taken) so that all monies including the deposit are covered.
Balance of Payment
Must be paid in full one calendar month prior to departure for coach holidays, but sooner for fly holidays (please ask).
We are still offering a very competitive insurance policy from market leaders Chapman Stevens. Full terms available on request.
Demands and Needs Statement
This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no pre-existing medical conditions, are traveling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the financial impact of specified unforeseen circumstances/events relating to or occurring during the trip. Full details of these circumstances/events, levels of cover and terms and conditions can be found in the policy booklet.
IMPORTANT - You may already possess alternative insurance(s) for some or all of the features and benefits provided by this product; it is your responsibility to investigate this. We will not provide you with advice about the suitability of this product for your individual needs; we will however be happy to provide you with factual information to aid you in making your own informed buying decision.
Angus Travel Ltd are an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Limited who are authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Full passports are required for all Continental tours and excursions.
For UK destinations we guarantee your price will not increase unless we are subjected to a Government Tax increase beyond our control or need to implement a fuel surcharge.
For foreign destinations the same applies plus the possibility that we may have to pass on any increase in our costs due to severe rate of exchange fluctuation.
Cancellation by Us
If the tour or excursion is cancelled due to lack of numbers, or for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid by you.
Cancellation by You
Because of our commitments to hotels, ferries etc. if you cancel, the following penalties apply:
Prior to 42 days before departure Deposit only
28 to 42 days before departure 30% of holiday cost
14 to 27 days before departure 45% of holiday cost
7 to 13 days before departure 60% of holiday cost
0 to 6 days before departure 100% of holiday cost
Please note that travel insurance may cover the cancellations.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a holiday, when we consider that other customers may be, or are being inconvenienced or distressed.
Clients funds are protected from company insolvency by a Trustee Client Account, held at Barclays Bank, Needham Market, in line with E.E.C.directive (EC90/314/EEC) on the package holiday industry.
